Our regular weekly events, classes and activities are listed below. Outside these times, both our upstairs and downstairs spaces are available for private bookings. Please take a look at our Room Hire page for more information about one-off events and about booking these spaces.

Mondays

  • Yoga with Kate 9.00am - 10.10am (upstairs)

    70 mins of mindful yoga in a small, supportive group. No previous experience necessary and all ages, abilities and bodies welcome!

    Bored of working from home? Join us on Mondays for a change of scenery. We have WiFi, plug sockets, tea, coffee and biscuits. Recommended donation £5.

  • KittenWeazle with Lara 3.30pm - 5.30pm (downstairs)
    Bring your instruments or your best singing voice for this open mic/music session for kids and their grown ups. Toast and jam provided! Donation welcome.

Wednesdays

  • Vinyasa Yoga with Sulgi 6pm - 7pm (upstairs)

    Take a midweek pause to rest, recharge and relax with yoga. Perfect for all levels of experience.
